     Over The Time We Have Formed Habit Of Living In Past Or Worrying About Future. We Get Attached Emotionally To Past & Future. We Constantly Think Of Matters Which Are Either Not In Our Control Or Which Are Apparently Not In Our Reach. One Must Understand That Things Which Are Not In Our Control, Must Not Bother Us In Any Ways, We Must Not Live, Think Or Worry On It. Things Which Are Out Of Site Must Be Out Of Mind. Our Mind Must Also Have Freedom, Freedom From Attachments And Entanglements, Freedom To Be A Free Mind, Freedom To Be Creative, Freedom To Attain State Of Happiness. Our Mind Must Only Occupy Matters Which Leads Us Towards Our Goals, Rest Of The Matters Should Be Eliminated Or Terminated. Best Would Be To Cultivate Habit Of Prohibiting Non Supporting Matters From Entering Our Mind, Each Thoughts Must Qualify In Support Of Our Vision And Goals. A Free Mind Will & Can Lead Us To Our Destination More Effectively And Efficiently.
